Most events serve 10–20 guests. Larger parties may be accommodated with advance coordination.
Nimbus reviews every booking request before confirming the event.
Party total must be at least $1000.
Deposit is half of the estimated total, including estimated tax.
Remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the requested event date.
Guest count and menu adjustments must be finalized before the remaining balance is due.
Customers can cancel or update an accidental request from the confirmation email for 30 minutes after submitting.
After the 30-minute self-service window, changes and cancellations are handled directly by Nimbus.
Cancellation requests made within 10 calendar days after the deposit is received are eligible for a full deposit refund.
Beginning on day 11 after the deposit is received, the deposit is non-refundable.
If inclement weather prohibits chef services, a full refund will be provided.
Travel within 25 miles of Nimbus Headquarters is included. Events beyond the included radius are subject to a $2.50 fee for each additional one-way mile.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
